Craig Schleyer, FCSI

An Honours Graduate of the University of Guelph, Craig joined the investment industry in 1992, is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute, and holds the designation of Certified Investment Manager. As CFO & COO he is responsible for the operations and compliance function of Watt Carmichael Inc. In addition Mr. Schleyer is actively involved in a variety of regulatory and industry groups, designed to deal with issues affecting clients, and the investment industry as a whole.

Matthew Horwood

Matthew joined Watt Carmichael in 2008, bringing a variety of industry experience, which includes: a mutual fund company, international brokerage, and one of experience and academic accomplishments include Chief Compliance Officer exam, which enables him to assist Craig in carrying out the Compliance function. In addition, he manages the day-to-day IT services, and provides operational support.

Julie O'Brien
Executive Assistant

Julie began her career in the investment industry when she joined Watt Carmichael in Nov. 2007. Her 20 plus years of corporate administrative service experience, has been a natural fit for her role as the Office Manager. Julie is currently pursuing her Registered Representative designation.

Bernie R. Ugolini
Trade Management

Bernie joined Watt Carmichael in 1998, after completing his Honours B.B.A. degree at Wilfrid Laurier University. Having fulfilled the licensing requirements of an RR, he currently oversees the firms' execution of equity, option, and fixed income trading. Bernie earned his options license in 2008.
